Imagistic and Fundamental Design Group (FDG) teamed up again to upgrade the functionality of the Los Angeles Fire Department (LAFD) website, providing a way to create more effective news releases. They extended the news content type to support creating a featured news article as part of that extension, enabling the LAFD staff to embed four LA Geohub maps directly into the news article online.
