Responsibilities:

• Interfacing with project managers, programmers, clients, artists, integrators, and other Web development resources

Skills:

Production/Sales Assistant - Entry Level/Full-Time

Responsibilities:

Are you a quick learner? Do you like to be busy? Do you like to wear a lot of hats? Can you juggle a full task list, meet deadlines, take direction and still have fun doing it all?

Then we want you. We are looking for an individual who will work both in production and sales: an Associate Project Manager with Sales Support.

You will work directly with our Project Managers and assist them with whatever project support they need. From attending client meetings and taking copious notes, to performing research, to writing documentation and performing QA, your job will be to help imagistic continue to deliver exceptional products and services. You will assist the Project Manager in managing client expectations, planning ahead, organizing and motivating the production team, and be an all-around go to person.

You will also work directly with the CEO to assist with generating leads, qualifying RFPs, performing competitive analyses, researching new trends and application, writing proposals, and offering general support for all sales initiatives. This is not an assistant position. You will not be getting coffee, lunches or picking up dry cleaning.

Skills:

• Knowledge of HTML and CSS
• Excellent writing skills
• Highly proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Experience with Basecamp, Microsoft Project and Visio is preferred
• Strong phone communication skills
• Have the ability to qualify potential sales clients over the phone
• Must be able to speak clearly, intelligently and confidently about technology, the Internet industry and the major players involved
• Have experience with social web tools such as Facebook, Twitter, etc.
• Minimal sales experience is preferred. Could be retail or restaurant. We just want you to have some experience working with customers

Experience:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience with Marketing, Advertising and/or Interactive Media; experience within interactive agency or related company preferred

Requirements:

• Smart, creative, team-oriented Web Designer/Graphic artists with strong typographic, animation, layout and interface design skills to develop and provide design support throughout various stages of a Web project
• Must be of intermediate to advanced skill level
• Must possess extensive knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, ImageReady, and Fireworks
• Superior design skills in terms of color, typography, texture, and visual effects

• A+ chops in Flash animation and action scripting.
• Must understand and conceptualize with Flash as a creative tool to generate results to satisfy many key audience types and project stakeholders.
• Working from layouts or concept, this position must be able to create innovative animated experiences under the direction of several team members
• Must possess intermediate to advanced Flash-based animation skills, with 5+ years of experience in Flash Design and/or Scripting and a Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Computer Science, or a related field
• Should also have expert knowledge of ActionScript programming, Flash compression techniques and file structuring practices, and experience creating dynamic Flash applications using XML and server side technologies

Web Production Artist - Contract Position

• Key support asset to attend to our project management, design, and technology teams in a junior capacity
• Must be of junior to intermediate skill level with 2-5+ years of experience
• Tasks include duties such as HTML slicing/cutting up and optimizing of graphics, and assistance with other small-to-medium design tasks as required
• Must possess an Associate’s or Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Computer Science, or a related field
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Image Ready, Flash, HTML and CSS preferred
• Critical to all tasks is an attention to detail and good organizational skills

At 2:00 a.m. with no traffic, you can get here in 40 minutes from the West side. At 8:00 a.m., it could take you 90 minutes. Trust us. We used to do the drive and then we moved out here!
